Why can’t I log in?
If you are having trouble logging in, it may be due to any of the following reasons:
- Make sure you are using your email address as your login. This must be the same email address provided on your school application. If you forgot your login information, you can reach out to support@theacademyofpetcareers.com to confirm.
- You may be using the wrong password. If this is the case, and you forgot your password, you can click the “Forgot password” link below the login form to reset it.
- You must be an active student of the APC. If you have not applied or signed up for a program, but are interested, please reach out to info@theacademyofpetcareers.com. If you are an active student, but have missed a payment, the online portal will automatically block you from logging in. If you believe this to be the case, you can reach out to support@theacademyofpetcareers.com to resolve the issue.
